The Koi Knives Cassowary EDC Pocket Knife, known as Colin, is a bold everyday-carry folding knife inspired by the colours and character of the Australian Cassowary. Part of Koi Knives’ Aviary collection, it combines a substantial drop-point blade with distinctive ebony, turquoise and red handle materials, creating a practical all-rounder with unmistakably Australian styling.
The Cassowary features a 99.3mm drop-point blade made from Sandvik 14C28N Swedish stainless steel, hardened to approximately 58 HRC for a strong balance of edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. Its ebony wood, turquoise resin and red G10 handle provides a distinctive finish, while a caged ceramic ball-bearing pivot and top flipper tab allow smooth deployment. A secure liner lock and heat-treated spring-steel pocket clip complete the design.
